It was really challenging in focusing on the analysis and designing of workflows of whole business processes .
The main challenges for our project managers were to manage the government employee’s change resistance. In addition, obliterate forms / types of work that do not add value, rather than making use of technology for automating it.
The concentration was on outcome, not the specific task. We formed a team, each member owns a whole process, performing or coordinating all of the steps.
Information collection was done once at the source. Data redundancies were erased when processes had been connected in a central database.
After finishing the implementation, it enhances employee’s performances in terms of reducing processes’ cost and cycle time. So it increases both the service quality and employees’ satisfaction in the same time.
